What is an ADAMS serviced apartment?
An ADAMS serviced apartment is a nicely renovated and furnished apartment that can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. All apartments are located in the center of Moscow and are provided with a housemaid and property managements services. The serviced apartments from ADAMS feature many appliances similar to what you can expect from your own home.

What can I expect from a serviced apartment?
There are several types of serviced apartments offered by ADAMS. Currently we offer studios (one room apartments), 1-bedroom apartments, and 2-bedroom apartments. All apartments have a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In studio apartments living room is combined with a bedroom. All our serviced apartments are rented fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable home-like stay. There is a telephone line, internet connection, SAT TV channels, DVD-player, a stereo, a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron with an iron board. Kitchens are equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, and kitchen-ware. A serviced apartment is provided with housemaid service (cleaning, bed linen/towels change), property maintenance service. For additional charge, our housemaids will do your laundry and iron your shirts or change bed linen / towels (see our Services section).

There are many advantages to staying in a serviced apartment. To name just a few:

What are the minimum and maximum periods of stay in a serviced apartment?
You can rent an ADAMS serviced apartment for any period from a couple of nights to six months or longer. Our serviced apartments can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

How far in advance is recommended to make a reservation for a serviced apartment?
We recommend you to make your reservation two or three weeks before your arrival. It has become very popular to stay in apartments nowadays, so if you try to book a week in advance of your arrival, there may be no available apartments for rent. However, we will try our best to offer you an apartment even if you call us just before or even after your arrival to Moscow. Call us and check what is available!

How to reserve a serviced apartment?
The reservation procedure is simple. Give us your arrival and departure dates (you can fill in an online reservation application in our Reservation section) and we will offer you all available options by e-mail. After you choose a suitable option, we will ask you to make a reservation by prepayment. After we receive your prepayment, the apartment is reserved for you. We will then agree on a time to meet in the chosen serviced apartment to pass you the keys and all documents confirming your payment.

How to make a prepayment to confirm reservation?
A prepayment to confirm your reservation of a serviced apartment can be done by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. We provide all necessary documents like lease agreements, acts, cashier receipts, etc.

Do you offer better rates for longer stays?
Sure, the longer you stay, the less is your daily rate. See the rates in the apartments description. You will find that the rates become less as the period of your stay increase. We can also discuss additional discounts for group reservations and stays over 3 months in a row.

Is there any commission or fee that is paid to ADAMS for rent of a serviced apartment?
You do not pay any commission or fee to ADAMS as all our serviced apartments are rented directly to you by ADAMS. So you pay only the rate mentioned on the apartments description page on this web-site.

What is included in the rate?
The rate for a serviced apartment includes all applicable taxes, all utilities (like electricity, gas, water, heating, etc.), and internet charges. It also includes housemaid service twice a week, a bed linen/towels change twice a week, and property management service.

How do I cancel my reservation?
The refund is given for all cancellation made 15 days before the termination date. If you cancel later than 15 days before the termination, there is no refund. Therefore we advise you to make your reservation after you book your tickets and know for sure your travel plans.

How do I change my reservation?
Contact your ADAMS reservations manager to make any changes to your arrival / departure dates. We will try to help you where possible. However, it may not be possible to make a change you require. In this case, you can cancel your reservation following the cancellation policy as outlined above.
